2004-01 - Continued

We tested v2.0 of the Photoshop Camera Raw (PCR) plug-in within Photoshop CS for Mac and Windows. Each RAW format photo was processed with the settings stored in its associated sidecar file. An Action was used to open the photos without PCR's adjustment window intervening, both in the single and batch open tests.

All results are in seconds. Single photo processing times are rounded to the nearest 0.1 of a second; batch processing times are rounded to the nearest full second. The fastest times for each task are in bold.
