The fourth installment of Rich Clarkson's Digital Photography at the Summit workshop brings together a chance to learn from some of the finest photographers and editors in North America, Photoshop training by Adobe staff, access to Nikon digital SLR cameras, lenses and Nikon technical reps (though users of any brand of digital camera are welcome) and an opportunity to make pictures in one of the most visually spectacular locations in the US.
Held for the third time in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, the week-long Digital Photography at the Summit's focus is on the shooting of great photographs with digital SLR cameras. Shooting opportunities are interspersed with daily critique and educational sessions. The workshop wraps up with a large format print exhibition of a selection of the photographs taken over the 6 days.
Some of the photographers and editors confirmed for this year's faculty include:
I'm also returning for my third year as a member of the workshop faculty, backstopping the digital SLR and digital workflow training.
In addition to Nikon, companies supplying equipment and software for use by workshop participants include Apple (the main classroom will be outfitted with Macs, including G5 desktops and Powerbooks), Epson, Adobe, Lowepro and Lexar Media.
