Nikon publishes Mac OS X Lion software compatibility statement
Wednesday, July 20, 2011 | by Rob Galbraith
A statement from Nikon regarding compatibility with its software and the just-released OS X Lion indicates the company plans to test six of its most recent applications, including Capture NX2, ViewNX 2 and Camera Control Pro 2, with the new Mac operating system. Once testing has been completed, the company intends to announce a schedule for correcting incompatibilities (if any are found).

Historically, it has taken Nikon several months to release new versions of its software to address problems introduced by new Mac OS versions.

The full text of the statement is below.
