Reuters changes procedures, dismisses supervisor after publishing altered Lebanon photographs

two digitally-altered photographs
from the fighting in Lebanon in August 2006. These steps include "tightened procedures" and the dismissal of the supervisor of Reuters' Middle East photo operations.
