L.A. Times: Using photo without consent costs Nestle US$15.6 million
Tuesday, February 1, 2005 | by Rob Galbraith

A Los Angeles Times article notes that Nestle USA has been ordered to pay US$15.6 million to former model Russell Christoff for using his likeness without permission.

A photo of Christoff appeared on Nestle's Taster's Choice coffee packaging and in advertisements for several years.

Thanks to Peter Burian for pointing us to the L.A. Times article.
