Nikon D2X on track to ship February 25
Wednesday, February 16, 2005 | by Rob Galbraith

The Nikon D2X is on track to begin appearing on dealer shelves in the U.S. by February 25, 2005, says Steve Heiner, Nikon USA’s General Manager for Digital SLR and Professional Products.

In addition, Wireless Transmitter WT-2a, which is compatible with the D2X and D2Hs, is expected to ship at about the same time.

Nikon Capture 4.2, which adds support for the D2X and brings other refinements to the company’s RAW file processing application, was made available as a free update earlier this month from various Nikon web sites, including Nikon USA.
