Workshop on photographing the performing arts to be held in Banff in July

This July, The Banff Centre is staging an intensive seven-day workshop on photographing dance, music, theatre and opera. The Performance Photography Workshop features a mix of seminars and shooting time and is led by photographers David Cooper, Trudie Lee and Donald Lee.

The Performance Photography Workshop runs from July 17-23, 2011. The Banff Centre is located about 90 minutes west of Calgary, Canada, in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. Private and shared accommodation is available for the duration of the workshop. The application deadline is June 15.
