Thursday, March 30, 2006 | by Eamon Hickey

Breeze Systems has updated its Windows-only image browser, BreezeBrowser Pro, to v1.4.2.

New in v1.4.2 are support for the Canon EOS 30D, improved color management when printing images, and a fix for a bug related to PSD and NEF thumbnails.

The upgrade is free to owners of previous versions who purchased a license in the past year. A 15-day free trial is available, and a full license costs US$69.95.

PSRemote, which allows a range of Canon PowerShot cameras to be operated from a tethered Windows PC, has been updated to v1.5. The upgrade adds support for the PowerShot S3 IS, S2 IS, S80, and A620 cameras. Other new features include auto exposure bracketing, automatic processing of product shots for online auctions and catalogs, and motion detection.

The upgrade is free to owners of previous versions. A 15-day free trial is available, and a full license costs US$49.
