DualEyes audio-to-video sync software for Mac officially released
Monday, January 24, 2011 | by Rob Galbraith
The Mac version of DualEyes, Singular Software's powerful audio-to-video synchronization tool, has been officially released. It first emerged on the Mac platform as a public beta last month.

The standalone application, which is based on the company's superb PluralEyes plug-in for Final Cut Pro and other pro video editors, takes video from a digital SLR or other source plus separately recorded audio and synchronizes the two together, either replacing the video files' audio track with the external audio or creating separate audio files which precisely match each video clip.

DualEyes for Mac is US$119 until February 22, 2011, at which point the price will rise to US$149. A 30-day trial version is available. DualEyes for Windows was released in 2010.
