Nik announces Sharpener Pro 3.0

Nik has announced a new version of its venerable sharpening plug-in. Sharpener Pro 3.0 adds U Point-based selective sharpening, improved sharpening algorithms, a "soft proof" feature and compatibility with both Adobe Photoshop (on Mac and Windows) and Apple Aperture (Mac only).

Sharpener Pro 3.0 is shipping now for US$199.95 when purchased direct from the company. Upgrades from any previous version are US$99.95. A 15 day trial version is available.
