Apple has released Digital Camera Raw Compatibility Update 2.5, which adds the ability to decode RAW files taken with the Epson R-D1x and Nikon D3X to Aperture 2.x and iPhoto '08/'09 for Mac. Other unspecified fixes are also part of the update.
Digital Camera Raw Compatibility Update 2.5 is available via the Software Update mechanism of Mac OS X 10.4.11 or 10.5.3 or later. A standalone download is here.
