| Apple releases Digital Camera RAW Compatibility Update 2.4 |

With today's release of Digital Camera Raw Compatibility Update 2.4, the Canon EOS 5D Mark II and seven other new digital cameras and backs join the list of RAW files supported in Aperture 2 and iPhoto '08.

Digital Camera Raw Compatibility Update 2.4 also "addresses issues related to specific cameras and overall stability" and is available either as a standalone updater or via the Software Update mechanism of the Mac operating system (Mac OS X 10.4.11 or OS X 10.5.3 or later is required).
