| Camera Raw 5.1, due next week, to add support for newest cameras |

Adobe Photoshop CS4, which began shipping yesterday for Mac and Windows, will see an update to its RAW file conversion plug-in next week, say Adobe's Tom Hogarty.
Hogarty, product manager for Photoshop Lightroom, indicates in a blog posting that Camera Raw 5.1 will emerge the week of October 20, 2008 and will include the same expanded RAW file support as the recent Camera Raw 4.6 update for Photoshop CS3.
Hogarty has previously indicated that Camera Raw 4.6 will be the last update to the RAW processing support in Photoshop CS3, as Adobe turns its attention to Photoshop CS4.
