SanDisk has today announced that a 32GB capacity will be available in the company's Extreme III CompactFlash line starting in October.
As with the other Extreme III CompactFlash and SDHC cards SanDisk has shipped in the past several months, the 32GB card is rated at 30MB/second. In a press release, the manufacturer's suggested list price for the Extreme III CompactFlash 32GB is listed as US$299.99 in the U.S., though the SanDisk website shows the price as US$399.99 (update: the price is now listed as US$299.99 on the SanDisk site as well).
