When charges against him were dropped by Iraqi judges, Associated Press photographer Bilal Hussein was freed and reunited with his family Wednesday after spending more than two years in U.S. custody. U.S. military investigators had claimed that Hussein had links with insurgents and was said to be in possession of bomb-making materials.
