Microsoft has released Pro Photo Shoot, an add-in for Outlook that streamlines the adding of important details about a shoot - including the gear to be used - to an Outlook appointment.

 

Pro Photo Shoot is compatible with Outlook 2003 and 2007 in Windows XP and Vista, and is a free download from the Microsoft website. More information on using it is in a related article.
