Sigma has produced an APO 200-500mm F2.8 EX DG lens that is so large you have to look closely at a photo of the behemoth to see if it has a camera attached.

 

The lens barrel incorporates an LCD panel that displays focus distance and focal length. A dedicated APO Teleconverter 2X EX DG II is supplied as a standard accessory.
