| The future of photography as seen in 1944 |

THE ROCHESTER INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY has posted an article taken from a 1944 issue of Popular Photography magazine in which nine "personalities" in the photographic world predict the medium's future. Color, most of them agree, will be big.
Though some of it is more than a bit dry -- and there isn't even an inkling of digital -- it's an interesting read for anyone with a taste for history.
