Newly-formed company onOne Software, which is led up by former Extensis CEO Craig Keudell, has purchased Extensis' and Lizardtech's lines of Photoshop plug-ins and Quark XTensions.

Products that will soon fall under the onOne umbrella are pxl SmartScale, PhotoFrame, Intellihance Pro, Mask Pro, PhotoTools, QX-Tools Pro and Genuine Fractals.

Extensis and Lizardtech, both of which are owned by Celartem, will continue to support their respective products until July 31, 2005, at which time full responsibility transfers to onOne.
