DxO Labs has released v3.0 of DxO Optics, the company's digital image correction and enhancement application. It's compatible with Windows and Mac OS X..
New features in this version include a new DxO Lighting Engine and a new DxO Noise Engine.
The application is available in Standard and Elite editions. One free lens module is included with either edition; additional lens modules can be purchased separately. The Standard edition costs US$159, and the Elite edition, which includes support for the top-end Canon and Nikon camera bodies, is US$249.
The new version is available free to anyone who purchased DxO Optics Pro 2.2 on or after April 20, 2005. Other users can upgrade for US$49.
