RadTech has announced the NeoCase line of neoprene fitted sleeves for iBooks and PowerBooks.
The cases are water-repellant, incorporate a retractable handle, and are sized specifically for current iBooks and PowerBooks. They're available directly from RadTech for US$29.95.
