Extensis has posted a compatibility matrix for its products in Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) and Adobe's CS2 applications (including Photoshop CS2).

The matrix notes that all iterations of Portfolio 7.x are currently incompatible with both, while certain Photoshop plug-ins have already been confirmed to be incompatible with Photoshop CS2.
