| Kodak announces two thermal printers for event photogs |

Kodak Professional has announced two new thermal, or dye-sublimation, printers designed for event photographers and other pros who need to deliver on-site prints quickly.
The Kodak Professional 9810 Digital Photo Printer is a roll-fed unit with a maximum print size of 8 x 12 inches. It can make an 8 x 10 print in about 45 seconds. It will become available in June 2005 for a suggested list price of US$3,499 in the U.S.
The Kodak Photo Printer 6850 has a maximum imageable area of 6 x 8 inches, and it can make a print that size in 15 seconds. It will be available in August 2005 for a suggested list price of US$2,900 in the U.S.
