| DOP: why use the ProPhoto RGB color space |

Digital Outback Photo has published an argument for using ProPhoto RGB as your working color space, especially if your images are destined for fine-art printing.
According to the article, ProPhoto RGB has a larger gamut than Adobe RGB, which cannot represent some colors that can be captured by modern digital SLR cameras and others that can be printed on some current printers.
