Photographer posts tone curves for EOS-1D/1Ds cameras

Photographer Larry Lueck has posted replacement tone curves for the Canon EOS-1D and EOS-1Ds cameras.
The curves are meant to produce less-contrasty photos than Canon's standard tone curve in these models. Because of this, Lueck claims, his curves produce JPEG previews and image histograms on the camera LCD that more closely match the actual tonal range available in the RAW data.
Four replacement curves are contained in a freely downloadable ZIP file. The tone curves are uploaded to the camera from within Canon's EOS Viewer Utility or older File Viewer Utility.
