Kodak's line of thermal printers (better known as dye-sublimation printers to most of us) has a new addition: the Kodak Professional 1400. It can print image sizes up to 8x12 inches or true A4 in less than 90 seconds, and its paper media can accept either a glossy or matte laminate, or overcoat.

The Professional 1400 printer will be available in October for a U.S. suggested list price of US$499.
