Transcend has announced two 1.8" USB2.0 portable hard drives, a 20GB and a 40GB model. Scheduled to ship later this month, both versions weigh less than 5 ounces, are USB bus-powered, and are roughly the size of a business card, according to a Transcend press release. The press release does not give pricing or system compatibility information, though it's clear that the drives are at least compatible with Windows 98SE and higher.
