Asiva Selection is a new Photoshop plug-in from Shapiro Consulting Group that uses Hue, Saturation, and Luminance curves to make selections. It's compatible with Photoshop versions 5.5 or higher on Windows or Mac, and supports 8 or 16-bit RGB and CMYK files. A free trial download is available, and a full license costs US$39.
