ASMP: U.S. TSA carry-on baggage allowance for photo gear

Photographers who travel on U.S. airlines take note: The American Society of Media Photographers reports that the U.S. Transportation Safety Administration has agreed to allow photographers one extra carry-on bag if it contains photographic equipment. The extra bag must conform to standard carry-on size and weight regulations, and the privilege is subject to available space on the airplane.
