Phase One's C1 Pro 1.2 for Mac is slated for release on November 18, 2003. Changes include support for the RAW formats of all Canon digital SLR cameras back to the Canon EOS D30, compatibility with Mac OS X 10.3, a Quick Develop mode for speedy conversion to JPEG or standard TIFF and noise reduction that's adjustable on a per-image basis.

C1 Pro 1.2 for Mac will not support RAW files from Nikon digital SLR cameras. Processing of NEFs from the D100 and D1X is promised for a future version to be released in the 1st quarter of 2004.

C1 Pro 1.2 for Mac will be a free update for registered users. A 30 day trial version will also be available.
