Canon releases EOS Digital Rebel/300D firmware update

Canon has released a v1.1.1 firmware update for the EOS Digital Rebel/300D. The new version improves the reliability of communications via USB to the camera, says a notice on Canon's web site:
It increases the reliability of RemoteCapture application when the camera is used.
It increases the reliability of operations when used on Windows XP and Mac OS X with [PTP] selected in [Communication].
