Photo Mechanic 2.0r19 fixes thumbnail bug

A bug that can cause the thumbnails of captioned EOS-1D files to be drawn incorrectly has been fixed in v2.0r19 of Photo Mechanic Lite and Pro for Mac.

The new version, which has been tested with JPEG and RAW files from EOS-1D cameras running firmware v1.0.1 and the just-released 1.2.0, is a free download for licensed users of a previous release of v2.0.
