Colour to b&w conversion filters from Silver Oxide emulate common black and white film stocks from within Photoshop. The US$20-US$85 filter plug-ins, which are sold individually by film type, are available for Mac and Windows in both 8 bit and 16 bit versions. A demo of the Tri-X version enables the effects of the filter to be previewed, but not applied.
