PJ Heller notes that iView MediaPro 1.2 for Mac has been posted. The new version increases the number of EXIF shooting data fields extracted from the Canon EOS D30, as well as Nikon D1-series cameras, is compatible with the upcoming OS X 10.1 and also includes a lossless JPEG rotation plug-in. A trial download of the US$50 program for Mac is available; release notes describe the changes in version 1.2. A Windows version is nearing release.
