SimpleTech and Hitachi have announced a comprehensive agreement that will see SimpleTech provide exclusive assembly and sale of Hitachi flash memory products, including CompactFlash cards, in the US. Former vendors of Hitachi CompactFlash products, including Delkin, Microtech, Dane-Elec and others, have recently switched away from Hitachi CompactFlash components to ones supplied by either Lexar Media or Toshiba.
