Canon's Chuck Westfall notes that Canon Germany has posted photos shot with the EOS D30 digital camera at the Olympics in Syndey. The photos are not full resolution, but still give a good sense of the camera's image quality, ISO 800 performance and autofocus capability. The site contains dozens of photos in all, sorted by day.

In the Digital Photojournalism Forums, Baron Sekiya notes that the German language Canon web site may be translated to English (and other languages too) though, as he notes, "most of the photos probably speak for themselves."
