A memoir by former U.S. army photojournalist Fred Minnick, called Camera Boy, recently appeared on the Wall Street Journal's e-book bestseller list. Minnick's memoir covers his tour of duty in Iraq in 2004, which he spent "with a Nikon in one hand and an M-16 in the other," he says.
