The adapter will support aperture control from the camera as well as image stabilization in IS lenses, but autofocus does not function. The adapter will sell for US$399 direct from Conurus, and will also be available from retail dealers in many regions, according to a
company announcement. A note on the product web page for the adapter says the first batch, for delivery in early February, has already sold out.
Conurus says this adapter will be the first in a series of adapters that include electronic signal interfaces between bodies and lenses.
