| Lexar introduces first SDHC, SDXC cards with UHS-1 support |

Lexar has introduced its first SDHC and SDXC cards to utilize the faster UHS-1 data timing protocol. The new Lexar Professional 600X UHS-1 cards are comprised of 16GB and 32GB SDHC plus 64GB SDXC capacities, while 8GB, 16GB and 32GB SDHC, as well as 64GB and 128GB SDXC, make up the Professional 400X UHS-1 line.
The 600X UHS-1 cards carry a 90MB/s minimum sustained read speed rating in Lexar's testing. The 400X UHS-1 cards are rated for 60MB/s.

All the new cards will come with Image Rescue 4 photo recovery software for Mac and Windows as well as pro-level tech support. Manufacturer's suggested retail prices for each card, and their ship dates, are:
