Professional Photographer magazine has published short write-ups on two products of interest to pro shooters.
The first is a quick review of Bad Sass canvas backdrops. They're available in a number of patterns and configurations, including some with faux flooring treatments, and a single backdrop can be ordered in split configurations, which combine two or three backgrounds on the canvas.
The second is a short review of Redmere "active" HDMI cables for connecting iPads, cameras, or laptops to large HD displays and televisions. Owing to the small active power chip embedded in the cables, they can be made unusually thin and thus can be coiled into much smaller dimensions than typical HDMI or USB cables of equivalent length.
