| Apple releases Final Cut Pro X, Motion 5, Compressor 4 |

Apple has released Final Cut Pro X, the latest version of its pro video editing software for Mac as well as new versions of two companion applications, Motion 5 and Compressor 4, also for Mac. All three are available now from the online Mac App Store for immediately download. Final Cut Pro X is US$299.99, while Motion 5 and Compressor 4 are US$49.99 each.
