The PDN Photo Annual 2011, the latest iteration of the well-known professional photography contest/showcase from Photo District News, has been published. 

PDN's online gallery of winning images features pictures from dozens of the world's top photographers, including Eugene Richards, James Nachtwey, Alex Majoli, Ed Kashi, and many more. Winners are named in ten categories ranging from advertising to editorial to photo books.
