Photosmith v1.03 for Apple's iPad and iPad 2 corrects bugs related to DNG import and the reading of rotation information in JPEGs. It's out now as a free update for licensed users.
Photosmith was introduced earlier this week. It allows sorting, rating, captioning and keywording of pictures on the go, and then later syncing those pictures and metadata to Adobe Photoshop Lightroom on a Mac or Windows computer.
