Digital Anarchy has released v1.5 of Backdrop Designer, a Photoshop plug-in that creates resolution independent digital backdrops designed to simulate muslin and other studio background materials. The plug-in includes hundreds of pre-made backdrop designs and allows you to customize your own presets. This update allows Backdrop Designer to operate in 64-bit mode in Photoshop CS5.

Backdrop Designer is compatible with Photoshop from version 7.0 thru CS5, for both Windows and Mac. The plug-in is on sale until January 31, 2011 for US$149; the normal price is US$199. A demo version is available for download.
