Richard LoPinto, VP of SLR Camera Systems at Nikon USA, indicates that "small quantities" of the D2H have already shipped in the US. A modest initial shipment has already passed through Nikon USA's dealer channel into the hands of customers, says LoPinto, with the next round of cameras shipping from Nikon USA expected to arrive at US dealers by the middle of November.
